As a survivor, I know how it feels to not be able to relax…ever. I used to be so hyper-aware of my surroundings, and feeling stressed was the norm.

Sometimes I’d catch myself being happy and relaxed for a moment but I’d immediately build up scenarios in my head of everything that could go wrong.

Tapping meditation has made a huge difference in my life, so much so that I use it in sessions with my clients too. It helps them regulate their nervous system, release trapped emotions, and embrace positive emotions like joyfulness and peacefulness.
