Day 1 → Becoming the Pattern Breaker
You’ve done the healing. You’ve read the books. You’ve had the breakthroughs. But something still pulls you back. On Day 1, we’ll talk about what it actually takes to break free from trauma loops, for good.
You’ll discover what’s been missing in your healing (and why you keep circling back to the same struggles), and learn the key elements you need to become the kind of woman who doesn’t just heal; she embodies her growth.
Day 2 → Trauma Loops: Spot & Stop Framework
You can’t change what you can’t see, and that’s exactly why this session changes everything.
We’re going deep into the real patterns that keep survivors stuck: the self-sabotage, the overdoing, the disappearing act, the “almost there, but not quite.” You’ll learn how to recognize the moment you’re slipping into an old loop and the exact process to stop it in real time.
Because awareness without action keeps you stuck, but this time, you’re getting both.
Day 3 → Unstoppable You. How to believe in yourself and stay on track
You’ve learned to break the loop. Now it’s time to build momentum and keep it.
In this final session, we’ll focus on the deep emotional shifts that help you hold your progress and feel safe being visible, successful, and seen. You’ll learn how to trust yourself again, stay consistent without pushing, and finally feel safe enough to succeed on your own terms.
At the end of this 3-day experience, you’ll walk away with:
A clear understanding of the specific trauma loops that keep you stuck and how to stop them.
Practical tools to regulate, interrupt, and reset your patterns.
The confidence to keep experimenting and building momentum to achieve your goals (even when it’s messy).

Hey, gorgeous, I’m Erika.
I’m an empowerment coach for trauma and abuse survivors, and a survivor myself. For the past seven years, I’ve been helping survivors like you reclaim their lives through coaching, yoga, meditation, and the kind of conversations that remind you: you’re not broken, you’re healing.
Like many of us, I was told to just forget about what happened and move on. I tried. Really hard. But repressing pain only made things worse. My complex PTSD, anxiety, and numbness kept me stuck in the same loops: every few years, I’d find myself right back where I started: broke, burned out, and broken inside..
Until one day, I decided I was done surviving. I didn’t even want a perfect life. I just wanted to feel happy five days out of seven instead of sad or numb all the time. That small, honest goal changed everything.
Through journaling, meditation, yoga, and deep inner work, I slowly started feeling joy again. And that’s when I knew I had to help other survivors find that same freedom.Since then, I’ve traveled solo to India to study yoga at the source, became a certified life coach, and recently took the leap to do this work full-time, helping survivors create gentle, sustainable success without self-abandonment or burnout.
Today, I live a happy, fulfilling life that once felt impossible. And my mission is to show you that it’s possible for you too: to break the patterns, feel safe in your own skin, and thrive on your own terms.
