When I started my healing journey 8 years ago, I was struggling with PTSD symptoms and a whole lot of anxiety. I would get jumpy at every subtle move and had nightmares every single night. I was sleeping with a light on, just to feel safe enough to fall asleep.

Yes, I would experience positive emotions, but sadness was the norm.

Even though it was that bad, I kept it to myself and suffered in silence; I’d always have a smile available for a stranger, and I was the go-to person when friends and family needed someone to cheer them up. My cup was empty, but I still poured from the void.

Eventually, I hit rock bottom (for the hundredth time) and decided to make changes. I couldn’t continue like that. I started with yoga, then meditation, and I discovered there was a way to feel calmer and peaceful, no matter what I’ve been through. That gave me so much hope!

Initially, I only wanted to be happy 5 out of 7 days a week. Got that! And then it evolved into mastering my emotions so I could be the best version of myself. Because I understood that when you connect to and master your emotions, magic happens. 

When I connected with my emotions, I found the way to myself. And with that, I learned how to truly love myself and how to listen: to my intuition and my true desires. Now I’m happy and fulfilled, have the relationship of my dreams, and an ever-evolving and expanding vision for me and my purpose-driven business! And I am so grateful!

FAQ's

How much time do I need to commit each week?

 

If you can set aside just one hour a week, you’re good to go. I designed this course with busy lives in mind (because let’s be real, we all have a lot going on). The lessons are bite-sized but powerful, and you’ll be able to easily implement them into your daily routine without feeling overwhelmed. 

 

I’ve never done emotional regulation work before. Is this for me?

 

Absolutely! You don’t need any prior experience. Whether you’re completely new to this or you’ve tried a few things before, I’ll guide you every step of the way. Think of this course as a journey. We’ll start simple and build up to deeper practices and topics. 

What if I can’t make the live group coaching session?

No worries! Life happens, right? If you can’t make it live, I’ve got you covered. The group coaching session will be recorded and available for you to watch whenever works for you. Plus, you can always submit your questions ahead of time, and I’ll answer them during the call.

What kind of support will I get throughout the course?

 

You’ll get ongoing support. Not only will you get access to all the course materials, but you’ll also be invited to our live group coaching session where you can ask anything, get guidance, and connect with other amazing people on this journey. You’ll also have access to the Emotional Hub, with plenty of resources designed to help you integrate what you learn. Plus, I’m only a DM or email away!

 

Is this course self-paced?

 

It depends on how you want to go around it! You’ll get new lessons every week, but once they’re released, you can go through them whenever it’s convenient for you. And since you’ll have lifetime access, you can revisit the material as often as you need (because we all know sometimes we need a refresher!).
